Deleting a record should delete all blobs used by the record

Currently deleting a row only deletes (or marks for deletion) the row in HBase. The blobs are untouched, leaving orphan blobs. We should delete them, unless we would let this over to the imagined blob garbage collection process.

See also proposed solution in #95

When a record is deleted (and also when a mutable-blob-field is changed) the related blobs should be deleted.

An asynchronous action on the rowlog could be made responsible for doing this.

Solution implemented in r4635.
