Pushing messages to listeners in other JVMs

As described in #49 , a MQ consumer should be able to forward messages to multiple listeners who actually consume a message.
These listeners are not necessarily running on the same JVM or node as the consumer. They can for instance run on dedicated nodes.
A message a communication channel is to be set up to the listeners to forward the message and get a success/fail response back.
