Extend the i18n settings

Description

Currently, i18n lets you control locale & country.
We should also support:

  • decimal separator
  • thousands separator
  • simple date/time/datetime format
  • long date/time/datetime format
  • currency symbol

On the level of controls(formatters) we should support:

  • number of fractional digits
  • number format (more general: patterns?)
