Belgian eID auth: support use of web server reverse proxy

Description

Some users might prefer to put a web server in front of Kauri, e.g. Apache, and let SSL be handled by that server. (cfr. also Fedict's authentication reverse proxy)

It would be nice to let our eID auth mechanism support this.

With mod_ssl, it is possible to forward the certificates in a HTTP header.

Not sure if there is any transparent support on the level of AJP.
