documentbrowser: document name: change label suggestion

Given that the documentbrowser since 2.3 adds the % wildcard by default before and after the document name, maybe we should change the label from 'Document name like:' (which was referring to the 'like' clause of the query language) to 'Document name contains:'.
The text to the right explaining about the % wildcard should maybe be less prominent, e.g. shown when clicking on an info icon or so, it could then also explain that these wildcards are being added by default (I had no idea).
We should probably also change the wildcard to a star and do the translation to % when building up the query.
