Description
[jira2trac import : issue created on August 6, 2009 6:55:22 PM CEST http://issues.cocoondev.org/browse/DSY-736 ]
I have documents which have sub-documents embedded. When I render them in PDF, the header-shifting is not applied.
I was trying to do a work around but was not able as the @isIncluded attribute on the document does not seem to be set ever in the PDF publisher.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.

Header-shifting is applied to documents at various depths in the book definition description, not to documents with includes.
TODO: verify the presence of the @isIncluded attribute in Daisy 2.3
