Error message "The DocumentType named "SimpleDocument" does not exist" on creation of initial wiki site

I'm following the installation instructions and have got as far as "Creating A Daisy Wiki Site". When I run daisy-wiki-add-site, it gets as far as "Creating sample document. (default)" and then fails with this java error:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException?: org.outerj.daisy.repository.schema.DocumentTypeNotFoundException?: The DocumentType? named "SimpleDocument?" does not exist
at org.outerj.daisy.repository.commonimpl.CommonRepository?.createDocument(CommonRepository?.java:132)
etc etc.

This usually indicates daisy-wiki-init failed. Can you provide the output of daisy-wiki-init?

daisy-wiki-add-site really should fail if SimpleDocument? does not exist. Perhaps its output should include a remark about running daisy-wiki-init and/or checking the output.

Ok, I've re-run daisy-wiki-init and everything following, and it now seems to work :o)

Leaving this issue open for now (until the note about daisy-wiki-init is included in the error message.
