Login and role improvements

I'm using Daisy for a few months now.
The more I use it the more I'm bothered by the following things :

When u start daisy you don't get the login screen. First u need to push the change link (Most of the users aren't guest so I gues it's beter to login first).

When I want to change the role I need to switch to the login screen to change my role. I think it would be a great improvement if you used put a drop downbox with all the roles on top of the page. That way I can always see what my role is and I can change it when nescessary.

Role can now be switched via a dropdown menu on the navigation bar.

Get login screen first: we won't do that. You can now quickly go to log in page from the access denied exception page.
