Book definitions: add edit button

On the book definitions page (URL: myhostdaisy/books definitions), it would be nice to have an link "edit" (or "edit book definition") besides the "publish"-link. Following this link should invoke the navigation document inside the editor.

Also, IMHO, the link "published books" is misleading and somehow misplaced. Being on top of the list, it gives you the impression like you have a list of published books while you actually have a list of book definitions. Renaming the link to "View published books" (and mabe placing it at the bottom of the list??) would make things clearer IMO.

Additionally (or alternatively), the name of the book definition could be a link to the navigation document. That way, editing the navigation document could be achieved simply with two clicks.
